18th Edition of International Youth Festival of Arts "Priests of the Muses"

From August 19^th to August 29^th 2023 in the town of Tsarevo, Bulgaria, the 18^th edition of the International Youth Festival of Arts “Priests of the Muses” will take place. It is organized by Non-Profit Association “TEMP-ART” and Tsarevo Municipality.

The Festival’s aim is to establish a youth art forum, to gather young artists from around the world. The participants will present the cultural background of their native countries and will establish among themselves creative and friendly contacts. Through concerts, plays, performances, presentations and happenings, the Festival days will turn into a colourful kaleidoscope of all kinds of arts.

IYFA “PRIESTS OF THE MUSES” shall not be considered a contest. It is an informal exchange of ideas and artistic practices from different areas of art among young artists and it gives the freedom to each participating group and individual participants to show their talent in front of the audience without being burdened by the contest spirit, but only by the magic of art.

After preliminary selection, over 600 youngsters will participate at the Festival at the age of 13-35, pupils from art schools, and also participants from different creative schools, studios and formations from Bulgaria and abroad.

The participants at the IYFA “PRIESTS OF THE MUSES” have the unique possibility to show themselves at open-air stages in 6 resorts on the Bulgarian South Black Sea coast (Sinemorets, Ahtopol, Tsarevo, Lozenets, Kiten, Primorsko) during mix concerts, It is of paramount importance that ALL participating arts should be eligible to be shown at the open-air stage.
