FESTIVAL ENCUENTROS TE VEO

Since 1998 the association TE VEO has organized the Festival of Performing Arts for Children and Youth Audiences: FESTIVAL ENCUENTROS TE VEO every year.

With the support of different public institutions and private sponsors, the festival has had a place in two venues: from 1998 to 2013 at Zamora and from this year in Valladolid, Spain.

The festival lasts longer than one week in November, with exhibitions and activities for the school community, professionals in the performing arts, faculty members, and the general public.

During the festival, more than 20 companies (national/international), present their shows and over 100 professionals of the performing arts attend the festival every year.

The festival has two main areas; the show exhibitions (school campaign and general audiences) and parallel activities around thinking, reflection and investigation related to performing arts.

The festival also organized “The theatre education seminary” in collaboration with the University of Valladolid.
