Festival Karavaan

ENGLISH: The 26th edition of Karavaan Festival is from Ascension Day until Pentecost with location theater in the whole region and a festival heart on the Doelenveld in Alkmaar. Block your agenda for a theatrical bicycle tour, out of the ordinary location theater in special places and pleasing arrangements for the whole day or a night out. Besides all of this you can enjoy free street theater, fun installations and live music everyday in the festival heart. You can also grab a bite from our pop-up restaurant 'Tineke Kookt'. In 2019 the theme of the festival is: Own Ground. Tickets and the full program will be published in the spring of 2019.

With location theater in: Alkmaar, Stompetoren, Egmond, Heiloo and Nieuwe Niedorp.

Blokkeer je agenda voor een theatrale fietsroute, buitengewoon locatietheater op bijzondere plekken en aantrekkelijke arrangementen voor een hele dag of avond uit. Bovendien is er elke dag gratis straattheater én live muziek in het festivalhart, vind je er gekke installaties en eet je een heerlijke maaltijd in pop-up restaurant Tineke Kookt.
