FIKTIVA Media Art Festival

The FIKTIVA festival original idea is based on the “parcours”. It took place in 2015/17 in Düsseldorf/Germany and 2018 in Paris/France. The 4^th edition of the Festival will be held once again in Düsseldorf. The artistic offer on the streets of the old-district, the free admission and the inclusion of all social classes without age restriction, is a new experience for many. We aim to promote socially friendly encounters between artists and visitors. This years slogan is URSPRUNG (Origin).

The event forms a platform that promotes the exchange of different art scenes (Film, Video-Art, Fine-Art, Theatre and Performance) and especially aims to contribute to the development of the cultural network between Düsseldorf and Paris.
