Geyer Music Factory Festival

From jazz, through original songs, to Latin and pop music, the Geyer Music Factory festival will feature artists whose concerts were most popular with the audience will perform (Grohman Orchestra & Bartek Grzanek, Dorota Miśkiewicz, Atom String Quartet and Motion Trio). We will hear film music, classical pieces and modern performances inspired by sounds from various corners of the world.

The title of this upcoming 15th edition "But it already was" refers to the best and most liked by the audience repertoire presented during all previous editions.

This series of outdoor summer concerts held on the premises of the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź will allow music lovers to gather and to listen to various music genres and styles. What stays the same is the excellent repertoire and the unique atmosphere emphasized by the historic walls of one of the most beautiful monuments of industrial architecture.

Since the beginning of the Festival, first held in 2009, 92 concerts have been organised. This year's festival will cover a wide spectrum of musical culture: from chamber concerts to the sounds of a small entertainment orchestra. An additional attraction will be guided tours of exhibitions at the Central Textile Museum in Łódź: "City-Fashion-Machine", "Łódź microhistories. Human Micro-Histories” and the new temporary exhibition “The Phenomenon of Polish Kilim”, which opens on May 23.
