The Interceltique Festival takes place every year in Lorient, Brittany, during the first fortnight of August. It gathers 4500 artists from all the Celtic World and offers spectacles of every conceivable kind of music : traditional, classical, folk, jazz, rock and electronic music. Musicians, singers, dancers, painters, writers, film makers and lecturers are displaying their talents during 10 days and 250 shows in front of a large audience (700 000 visitors).
