Musique Sur Ciel

Every year, the festival Musique Sur Ciel is dedicated to a country. After Italy, it is Germany's turn to be in the spotlight in 2019. The opportunity to highlight the heritage and musical creation of this country, from Johann Sebastian Bach to Jörg Widmann! The program will also feature works by foreign composers inspired by the Goethe country. The guest artists will come from Germany but also from France and from all over Europe: a tasty "Mischung". We will also confront music to other arts, from cinema to visual arts and gastronomy. Contemporary music will occupy a large part of programming, with a German composer in residence, which will be programmed various works, including a given piece in world premiere.
