NORDWIND is taking place in 3 major german cities Berlin Hamburg Dresden and has partners all over Europe and the US for specific projects and cooperation platforms . Apart from the biannual festival NORDWIND hosts in the" inbetween" year smaller artistic projects seminars and discourse.
