Puppet on the Street 2024

Panevėžys Puppet Wagon Theater organizes the International puppet theater festival "Puppet on the Street 2024" which will take place between Friday 6th - Sunday 8th September 2024.

Since 1993, the festival has changed its names and form, but has never deviated from its main vision - to present the professional art of puppet theater to the festival audience, and to give the participants the opportunity to get to know each other, share experiences and experience good emotions.

The priority of the festival is performances that can take place not on stage, but in various spaces of the city. We will invite the audience to get acquainted with a diverse program of street arts, the main axis of which is a doll. We will show performances, invite discussions, organize workshops and lectures. Various styles and techniques of theatrical expression can be used in the performances shown at the festival.
