The International Sephardic Music Festival is a cultural event organized by the Delegation of Tourism of the City of Cordoba, that develops every year since 2002 at the Historic Centre of Cordoba.

This event is considered the Official Festival under the initiative of the Network of Spanish Jewish Quarters “Routes of Sefarad”. This festival is an international benchmark of Sephardic music and features six concerts with world-renowned artists every edition.

A Festival that has already seen 108 music groups from more than 30 countries, most of Europe (Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Serbia, Sweden, Croatia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Netherland, ...) but also from Israel, Moldova, Ukraine, Sudan, Syria; South America (Argentina, Venezuela, Chile and Uruguay), Africa (Morocco), United States and Canada.

In these 21 editions of the Festival no group has repeated, a criterion that was established from the beginning in order to accommodate the largest possible number of musical groups, which translates into some 400 artists who have already passed through this Festival.

Our Festival is twinned with the Amsterdam International Jewish Music Festival, and we have excellent relationships with the Krakow Jewish Culture Festival, the Gibraltar Music Festival and the Lorca Jewish Festival, among others. This Festival has an annual periodicity and its permanent headquarters are in Córdoba.

The combination of exceptional historical destiny as Cordoba and the possibility to attend all events within one week, make it a unique opportunity to visit our city pair and enjoy the benefits of tour packages offered by the Network of Spanish Jewish Quarters through its RASGO project.
