Verão no Centro Histórico is back to Covilhã!

The 6th edition of Verão no Centro Histórico brings music to Covilhã’s nights, every Friday, between the 4th and 25th of August, with concerts being held in different locations of the city’s historic centre.

The event continues to unite history, heritage, theatre, and the best of new national and local music.

After the success of its previous editions, which accounted for the country's most attended guided tours, Verão no Centro Histórico returns to the streets and invites the public to walk through the heart of the city, embraced by contemporary rhythms and the warm evenings of August.

Every evening begins with a theatrical guided tour, led by actress Joana Poejo, followed by free open-air concerts in emblematic places in the historic center.

The staged visits begin and end at the concert venues, starting at 9:30 p.m. All the concerts will start at 10:15 p.m.
