Žonglobalizace 2023: Young Voice/Next generation

The main theme of the festival is to create a space for meeting young and emerging artists and performers from the field of new circus - both with the audience by making new circus art accessible to the general public, and by networking professionals in the field of circus pedagogy with other educators and youth workers.
This year, the dramaturgy lets the young generation speak and creates a space for dialogue with the contemporary world and professional performers. The audience will thus be able to meet the youngest students of the Pilsen New Circus Centre, graduates of prestigious foreign new circus schools and established artists on the Czech and international scene. New circus is a universal language and an extraordinary tool in working with the young generation. A significant part of the festival's dramaturgy is based on sharing our experience and spreading awareness of circus pedagogy among educators and youth workers.

The dramaturgy of the new circus festival Juggling works with several dramaturgical motifs:

1) reviving public space

2) audience involvement - interaction with the performers, the opportunity to try out different techniques of the new circus

3) presentation of professional new circus artists (foreign, domestic) - headliner (solo, duo or company)

4) professional lecturers of new circus and Czech new circus artists

5) networking of new circus artists

6) education - professional workshops, round tables.
