3F is a cultural event that was born as a landscape and urban art project, to promulgate arts and culture as a local sustainable development tools. Through "context art" in all genres architecture, street arts, visual arts, photography and of course participation, the Festival propose cultural, creative and active social development, with the aim of strenghthen cultural local identity in a small village, El Cotillo, with risk of urban trivialization in the context of tourism growing.
