Athens Early Music festival was created by Dimitris Kountouras in 2010 aiming to provide an annual serie of concerts concentrating on early music.
The unique greek festival of hte kind is taken place every year end of September/begining of October on historical venues of Athens willing such as the 19th c. St. Paul Agglican church and the early 20th c. Parnassus Concert Hall. Presenting programs of rare music from medieval up to baroque together with well known repertoire.
