Bucharest International Theater Platform - initiated by Romanian Association for Performing Arts - is designed to gather small-to-medium scale international theater productions defining new artistic tendencies. A selection of the most innovative artists from different cultures is presented with the aim to enlarge the horizon of the local theatre movement. Every year, the Platform focuses on a theme connecting Romanian society to the world: for the 1st edition this was The Future is Feminine.
