The Ceprano Film Festival is a film competition, now in its fourth edition, born with the intention of making the City of Ceprano the setting for a review dedicated to short films, providing filmmakers with an opportunity to express their artistic poetry. The Official Selection includes a number of 12 short films, chosen by a quality jury, made up of personalities linked to the world of Italian cinema. There will also be space for a constantly evolving art form, that of the video clip: the final phase will see 3 works chosen by the jury, integrated by experts in the music sector.

Ceprano is among the most important cities in the province of Frosinone, and is perfectly located in the center of the area commonly called Ciociaria, a strip of land which over the centuries has experienced important pages of history and, in the artistic sphere, given birth to personalities prominent figures of the Italian show business, such as the directors Vittorio De Sica, Giuseppe De Santis, Carlo Ludovico and Anton Giulio Bragaglia, the actors Nino Manfredi and Marcello Mastroianni, the great Ennio Morricone, the writer Tommaso Landolfi and many others.
