Festival-project "Constellation" is an international art festival event which gathers together young talents from different countries to present bright and overflowing power of Art.
Participants compete in several nominations, namely choreography, vocal, instrumental, theatrical genre, folk and pictorial art.
During the existence of the festival project, 84 festivals were held
in various European cities.
