Alter Art Festival - Fourth edition

Alter Art, Festival of dance, theatre, music, visual arts and environmental welfare, returns with many new features and a very rich and interesting programme.

The edition 2024 of Alter Art Festival is dedicated to the topic of nomadic lifestyle, that is, 'being nomads', because the idea of ​​cultural, social and economic development of a territory comes precisely from the ability to give space to physical movement, but also to the mental one. This edition of the festival will therefore also be a space for reflection and dialogue, a space for integration for diversity.

With this premise, the festival presents artists and professionals who will make us reflect on the influences between art, science and culture that have shaped the history of dance and culture in Europe over the last 50 years.

We will welcome artists and artisan from all around the world who research over the topic of moving through the Nature with a sense of belonging to it, with a deep understanding of the importance in respecting the biodiversity in nature; an equivalent value to that of respecting the social human diversity. The guest artists will create transcultural encounters through new forms of expression in dance and art.
