International Music Festival A TEMPO

International music festival A tempo has been organised since 2002, in cooperation of the Montenegrin Music Center and Montenegrin National Theater. It gathers renowned soloists and various ensembles of different genres from the country, the region and abroad, offering to the audience of the capital city of Podgorica a high-quality performances. During years of its existence, A tempo reshaped and transformed the Montenegrin music scene through different approach and treatment of artistic programs and overall production. In the past decade, the work of Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra (MSO), which has fundamentally revived the music life of Montenegro, gave the festival A tempo a completely new dimension. Almost every year the festival begins with the concert of MSO and ends with the monumental apparatus on the stage consisting of soloists, Montenegrin Choir Ensemble and Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, which have been performing major vocal-instrumental pieces. Besides the concerts, new editions of books and CD's of Montenegrin Music Center has been promoted each year.
