Alpentöne is a music festival situated in the heart of the alps. The festival invites music groups from all alpine countries: Slovenia, Austria, Italy, France, Germany and Switzerland. The style of music is not defined. The overall theme is muscial identity and innovation. Tradition is part of the discourse, however we are always in search of contemporary alpine sounds that express the different perceptions of the alps.
