JUROS SVENTE / SEA FESTIVAL

Juros svente / Sea Festival is a major festival of Lithuania hosted since 1934. It is representative city festival and major branding tool of city image. The festival takes place each year at the end of July. The program, which includes various concerts on four stages, open air atractions, street theater events, crafts fair, is mainly dedicated to celebrate maritime culture. Such events as yachts regattas, parade of traditional vessels or carnival of sailmen are inseparable part of the festival.
