Marionettefestival – Biennale of puppet and object theatre

The "Marionettefestival" is an international biannual puppet festival established in 2001. During the Whit break, the scenic village of Tadler in the heart of the Upper Sûre Nature Park (Luxembourg), transforms into a festival venue. The villager’s barns, garages and even the church host a rich programme of puppet and object theatre suitable for both young audiences and adults. The public can discover string puppets, light curtain puppets, cine-puppets in 3D, object theatre and much more.
