Nusicijada festival
Nušićijada, a collage-like festival of culture and entertainment, was reborn in 2010 and is dedicated to the great Serbian writer and comic master Branislav Nušić. It hosts big names and institutions from the worlds of music, theatre, dance, performance, art and literature on its indoor and outdoor stages. The festival creates a lively atmosphere in the small town of Ivanjica in Central Serbia,
the festival hosted over 300,000 people from over 20 countries to Ivanjica. Over the period of nine years they had an opportunity to enjoy 60 theatre plays, 9 cabarets, 55 concerts, 35 exhibitions, 30 debates and discussions, over 50 workshops, 10 films and numerous humourist and satire programmes, all performing on seven stages, streets and other spaces.
