Outsider Art Festival OAF is a Helsinki based hybrid festival celebrating equality and diversity produced by Pertti's Choice Outsider Art Agency. OAF show cases Finnish outsider art, music, performances and films in conjuction with Helsinki Festival in August 19-22. OAF connects a broad network of outsider artists, international art audience, advocacy organisations, cultural professionals, venue and tech partners and influencers with a strong social agenda and vision of equal future.
