The biennial PianoEspoo Festival aspires to represent all imaginable aspects of piano music. The festival presents solo and orchestral performances and serves as a forum for up and coming artists and celebrated masters of the keyboard alike. The youth of Finland’s music institutes occupy a special place on the festival. The 2019 PianoEspoo Festival takes place between November 1–11 with internationally renowned pianist Paavali Jumppanen serving as the Artistic Director.
