This is the first feature-length film festival in Podgorica.The motive to organize this kind of event is the shortage of cinema halls and public cinemas in general. Festivals are the only way of distribution of this type of films in our countryIn two programme segments the audience have the opportunity to see European and world films which can’t be found on the regular cinema schedule.
