Preach The Rič

The first edition of Preach The Rič festival was organized at Martinska, Šibenik in 2023. Preach The Rič festival, or PDR festival for short, is a hip hop festival based on a two-year idea and demonstrated need for the organization of hip hop music festival in Šibenik, especially after the great regional success of the local hip hop group Hram. An additional motive for the organization of the hip hop festival was that 2023 globally marked 50 years since the emergence of the hip hop genre.

The festival presents active regional hip hop performers who are active participants in the scene, as well as attractive guests from abroad who can attract audiences from all over Croatia and the wider region.

The festival program strongly promotes the values of the independent cultural scene, especially contemporary independent music production and artists dealing with it.
The value of the festival is in its quality of the program over two days, which confirms the framework of independent hip-hop culture, and becomes an event that brings together audiences of all generations.
