The Seiwa * Festival is an ecological and multicultural festival. It takes place out of summer season, in bigouden country, in southern Finistère. 100% organic, solidary and tending toward zero waste, it combines concerts of world music, eco-animations, conferences, film-debates on environmental issues and biodiversity.
