Puppet Art Festival

The 4th International Puppet Art Festival (FLUM) will be held in Mostar on September 21, 2024, organized by Puppet theater Mostar.Because of the terrible events faced by many children around the world, we chose “light” as the theme of the new edition of the Festival, in the hope and desire that the light of the Golden Firefly will soon illuminate their home.In accordance with the selected theme, appropriate workshops for children and parents will be organized in the accompanying part of the Festival, as well as a workshop for theater employees – masters of light.

All Puppet Theaters and all individual puppeteers around the world are invited to submit their applications and take part in the Festival.

FLUM PRIZESThe festival of puppetry in Mostar awards the following prizes:

• Grand Prix “Golden Firefly” for the best performance,
• Best Director award,
• Best scenography award,
• Best dramaturgy award,
• Best puppets award,
• Best original music award,
• 5 equal acting awards,
• Festival director’s special award.

The festival organizer only bears the costs of accommodation and food for the participants during their stay in Mostar, while the participants are obliged to provide the necessary funds for travel expenses themselves.
