Toplofest is a summer art festival organized by Toplocentrala - contemporary art center, located at the heart of Sofia, capital of Bulgaria. The festival continues 3 days and combines music, street art, contemporary circus, art workshops, planetarium and sky observation, sensory theatre, fire and lighting open air show and live rege music party. Free entrance. Eco and dog friendly. No plastic, access for people with disabilities.
