The greatest Hungarian family festival is traditionally held in the last weekend of June in Tata. The Water, Music, Flower Festival has a wonderful location, in the center of the historical city, by the Old Lake. The water and flower programs – the water carnival in the Old Lake, with boats lighted by thousands of lanterns, the airshow, or the Hungarian floral design competition in the Castle – give the festival a special beauty. Great music is played for every generation of the family.
