Yerevan Music Week

Yerevan Music Week (YMW) is a week-long music industry conference and talent showcase festival, which will comprise of a showcase festival, motivational talks, networking sessions and specialised master classes. Devised to bring together accomplished international musicians, music industry professionals - producers, managers, agents and local musicians, Yerevan Music Week is unique in its concept as it gives Armenian musicians the chance to network, learn and showcase. Additionally, taking advantage of Music of Armenia’s recourses, know-how, networks and connections, and as part of our on-going efforts to support Armenian musicians in growing their careers by giving them the chance to participate at innovative projects and to promote Armenian music to international audiences, we believe Yerevan Music Week is the ideal event to take part in, in order to grow and branch out into European markets. In order for us to create a more diverse and sustainable music industry, YMW encourages a dialogue with new industry actors to motivate local musicians, to give them valuable cultural experience and enhance their expertise, which will lead to an increased understanding of different methods and markets and will create opportunities for further development.
