Zubštejn času

Zubštejn času is a summer wellness festival where you not only encounter unique artists and enjoy their performances, but where we create space for real-life interaction with them, as well as with other festival visitors, all in a close connection to the magical place of the ruins of an old Zubštejn castle surrounded by the forest and forgotten by people.

(Note: Zubštejn času translated to English means "Zubštejn o'clock" as at Zubštejn place, time feels different there, anyway.)

The program brings entertainment and fun at concerts, movement, and activity at practical workshops and new ideas and inspiration during discussions and talks. It is also full of stories and experiences in the free time between the program that happens spontaneously among people. The goal is to inspire each other to look at the world and see the world around ourselves "together" in a bigger more colorful picture and notice special yet overlooked places which in particular, is the ruins of Zubštejn castle in the picturesque countryside of Vysočina, Czech Rep.

This decent place around the ruins, hidden in the forest, creates a space for unique real-life and offline encounters: Anybody is welcome, anybody can join in as the artist, volunteer, visitor and for example open-up an idea, jam session, discussion or share knowledge at the Open Space stage.

Zubštejn času is more a family-like festival for around 350 people where we can really meet each other.
