"A colourful and engaging festival along the rivers!

Fluctuations takes you on a river cruise. From Lille to Utrecht, stopping in Brussels, the festiboat - musical stage and residence - sails across Europe to mobilise on social, environmental and democratic issues. On the riverbanks, an ephemeral city springs up for a weekend. On the programme are concerts and DJ sets, assemblies and conferences, workshops, a village of solutions and, of course, food and drink.

Sea Sound Festival

Sea Sound Festival

 18 - 21 July 2024 | Šibenik, Croatia

Sea Sound Festival promotes sound system culture and collectives and gives them an independent space for presenting sound production in Martinska, a protected natural landscape near the Adriatic Sea that keeps which recalls the historic beginnings of tourism in Šibenik.

During four days, the festival offers visitors recreational and educational programmes and, in the evening, musical and other cultural contents while enjoying the beauty of the sea.

The Quarantine Film Festival is an international short film festival aimed at popularising young and unknown authors.

It takes place on the beach at “The Quarantine” fishing village which is the last standing fishing village in Varna, Bulgaria and in danger of disappearing. By provoking cultural exchange between contemporary artists from the whole world and locals, the festival intends to turn the fishing village into a culture and art zone and to preserve the fishermen’s way of life.

Contribute saving the village while watching amazing films from all over the world in a fantastic place!
